We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for online
processing. We do accept company and personal checks for payment. All checks
will be cashed prior to shipping of any products. We can also ship UPS COD with
all COD costs paid by the purchaser. SPACO SUPPLY does not offer any extended
terms for purchases from the site. All products ordered must be paid for in
full prior to shipping
Customer
Base and Customer Qualifications
Spacosupply.com sells products that are for the Electrical and Lighting Industry.
These products are to be installed by licensed electricians and within the guidelines
of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and in compliance with local codes governing
the use and installation of these products. The products sold are designed for
use by Certified Lighting and Electrical contractors, certified maintenance
technicians, and qualified installers. When purchasing products from the SPACO
web site, it is implied that the buyer is aware of these standards and understands
that a qualified individual must do the installation. Spacosupply.com is not
liable for any misuse of the products sold or any situations caused as a result
of misuse or installation.
Warranties
Spacosupply.com transfers all factory warranties by the manufacturer to the
purchaser. Spacosupply.com does not make any additional warranties other than
what is granted by the manufacturer.
Limited
Liability
Spacosupply.com liability for products is limited to the replacement of product
or a refund will be given less any incurring charges. Spacosupply.com will not
be responsible or liable for any consequential or incidental damages as a result
of the installation of products or any delays incurred due to shipping time
or product delivery. The purchaser is responsible for all arrangements and time
schedules set for installation or use of the products sold on the SPACO site.
SPACO will not be liable for any charges or problems incurred due to any issues
related to the delivery delays, defective products, or shipping errors. SPACO
SUPPLY’s liability shall be limited to the replacement of goods within
the guidelines of the manufacturers warranty, or a refund for the product returned.
SPACO SUPPLY is in no way responsible or held liable, for incidental or any
consequential damages due to any products sold or transactions made.
Returned
Goods Policy
At Spacosupply.com we would like to help you resolve any problems with purchases
as soon as possible.
All material returned to spacosupply.com must be approved prior to returning.
An RGA number must be received prior to sending back any material. All material
returned due to defective manufacturing would be subject to the terms of the
manufacturer of that product and their warranty. Products returned to SPACO
as defective must be inspected prior to any refunds being given all returned
product due to a customer mistake or error must be returned within 7 days of
receiving the product. At that time, Spacosupply.com reserves the right to charge
up to a 10% restocking fee, or, fees to cover the shipping of the original order
or any outbound freight charges that were incurred. All orders returned due
to customer error must be shipped freight pre-paid to the location given on
the returned authorization form. All products returned are to be in the original
boxes with original packing. Spacosupply.com reserves the right to refuse any
products that were used, misused, or not in sellable condition. If a product
is ordered in error or by mistake. A new order must be generated for the correct
product. We will issue a refund when the products being returned are received
and deemed to be in sellable condition. Any freight charges incurred by SPACO
for the original shipment will be deducted from the refund.
Inspection
of goods
All products shipped are to be inspected by the receiver prior to any installation
or use of products. Verification of products ordered and correctness of products
shipped must be done prior to installation and receipt of the customers order.
Spacosupply.com in no case shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages
or charges for the incorrect product being installed. Spacosupply.com will issue
a return authorization for products shipped in error. It is implied that the
customer has accepted the products shipped when they are removed from the original
packaging and installed.
Freight
Claims
All products received must be inspected at time of delivery. Any problems or
damages must be noted at time of delivery. All claims for damaged product due
to shipping must be filed with the shipping company or carrier that delivered
the product. We will do everything we can to assist the customer in this process.
